Cancellation & Deposit Policy To reserve your appointment at Transform Beaute, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. Please review our policy below: * Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment Your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment time. * Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment Your deposit will be forfeited due to the time reserved specifically for you. * No-shows Will result in full loss of deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. * Late arrivals Arriving late may shorten your service time or result in the appointment being canceled, and the deposit may be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time. Each appointment is reserved just for you, and last-minute changes impact our schedule and other clients waiting for openings.
